Fair use outlines that licensed materials may be used in good faith for descriptive works.
Because we are not using the Holo Taco brand or branding in a way that asserts any claim over any of the Holo Taco trademarked material, we make no money off of this project, and we use all content in an informative way, our project falls under Fair Use.
A lot of fan-works fall under Fair Use, as do materials that aim to review things.

Let’s start with this: we have absolutely no interest in collecting or sharing your personal data. That said, when you upload your submission image directly to the form, Google requires an account to be attached in the metadata in case of harmful or explicit material. This is not something we can, or want, to opt out of, but this information will not be available to the public or become part of the final chart.
If you still would rather not take that chance, we understand! That is why we have the option for you to upload your submission as a link to a photo hosted elsewhere, e.g., Imgur, Imgbb, etc.
